Sure do miss Max in service dept. This experience was with body shop which took longer than was told it would and no contact until I reached out. When work complete had poor respo This experience was with body shop which took longer than was told it would and no contact until I reached out. When work complete had poor response to get my car back being I live a few towns away and body shop personnel was not polite and offered no help. My car had been there for 8 days. If there had been body shop at Belleair Rd. Location I would have gone there. Very disappointed after all the positive experiences I have had over past 16 years. More

I have had this vehicle serviced in Jacksonville and here in Clearwater. By far Dick Norris provides the best in customer service. From scheduling to service to the cashier this dealer treats you like a pe in Clearwater. By far Dick Norris provides the best in customer service.
