Sure do miss Max in service dept. This experience was with body shop which took longer than was told it would and no contact until I reached out. When work complete had poor respo This experience was with body shop which took longer than was told it would and no contact until I reached out. When work complete had poor response to get my car back being I live a few towns away and body shop personnel was not polite and offered no help. My car had been there for 8 days. If there had been body shop at Belleair Rd. Location I would have gone there. Very disappointed after all the positive experiences I have had over past 16 years. More
