After driving it We (my wife and I) stopped at "Dick Norris Buick" to have someone help us with the Operation of our new Buick Envision's dash board. After driving it from Vermont where we had purchased it about two weeks previous we realized there were many things we did not understand about its use. While Dan Ullian was talking to us he realized we had two serviceable problems. After explaining the operation of the dash he turned us over to Max Johnson in the service department. More

Brent is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. The man is rude to customers my vehicle was returned with the old parts on the floor. I was not satisfied with the work And Brent when I asked to talk to the Gm his response was good luck with that. I went to front reception desk I was told the GM was not in and she took my info to have Doug Norris to call me. Never happened. I call left two messages still no response More
