Fixed what other dealership would not A few months ago I took my 2014 Buick Enclave to a local GM dealership. I explain to them what issues I was having in the transmission shifting hard t A few months ago I took my 2014 Buick Enclave to a local GM dealership. I explain to them what issues I was having in the transmission shifting hard the back doors would not lock sometimes and the check engine light came on and off. While I was there I ask for an oil change so I get a call several hours later saying they cannot fix any of the issues I mentioned as the computer has not shown anything but my oil change I had to pay for is done. Being under warranty I was kind of frustrated because I want these issues fixed this is my family vehicle. Anyway I went to Dick Norris made an appointment with Chaz and he listened to all of my complaints made notes in great detail and was able to resolve each issue. The transmission issue was a stretch motor mount the door lock issue was solenoids in the door and the check engine light was a mass air flow sensor issue. They were able to fix all of these issues with no problems they look beyond what the computer told them and listen to the actual customer complaints. I will continually go to Dick Norris as I own two GM products and I am very pleased with the results in the service department. More
Service Summary Sales was great! Service was professional. My only thought was that because we had to wait 3 weeks on a new windshield and we bought a $1400 bed cover Sales was great! The guys there were great. GMC set up an appointment for my service and stuck to the estimated time. They reviewed the issue and got things squared away quickly while I waited. Didn’t perform a wheel balance A wheel balance was not performed after a tire rotation and now the Acadia drives worse than before. Apparently it wasn’t included in the rotation and nobody mentioned to me that it would not be. When I called to inform the service department that the car not drives worse than before I was told that maybe the tires need to be replaced. Interesting since when I picked up the car I was told that the tires were fine. Now you have invited me to bring back in to charge me for a balance. Just wasting more of my time... More
