The 'new' service department a Superior service from the moment I drove up! My service advisor, Max, was extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. The 'new' service department assistant, Chris, was also very courteous and helpful. Service time 'wait' estimate was very accurate - problem was diagnosed and parts ordered. Just received a call from Max that my parts were already in and scheduled another service appointment. As always, an overall EXCELLENT experience. Could not be more pleased! More

Service Writer When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I paid the dealer 15.00/ month extra have the tires When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I paid the dealer 15.00/ month extra have the tires rotated and oil change for the full time of the lease. It took me another half hour to straighten this out. I told him to have the car washed and he didn't do that. Very unhappy with the personnel. More

Above and beyond Came in for oil change and to have a noise checked out that my car was making that didn't sound right. Obviously I worried about hearing tbe worse case scenario since my car is not under warranty anymore. Lenny was sympathetic to my fears and come to find out it was a very minor issue that cost next to nothing to fix. Easton went above and beyond for me. He hooked up my phone to my Bluetooth and even showed me how to listen to Pandora from my phone through my car speakers. It has been a long time since I have seen someone of his age show a strong work ethic. More
