Service Writer When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I paid the dealer 15.00/ month extra have the tires When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I paid the dealer 15.00/ month extra have the tires rotated and oil change for the full time of the lease. It took me another half hour to straighten this out. I told him to have the car washed and he didn't do that. Very unhappy with the personnel. More

Above and beyond Came in for oil change and to have a noise checked out that my car was making that didn't sound right. Lenny was sympathetic to my fears and come to find out it was a very minor issue that cost next to nothing to fix. Easton went above and beyond for me. He hooked up my phone to my Bluetooth and even showed me how to listen to Pandora from my phone through my car speakers. It has been a long time since I have seen someone of his age show a strong work ethic. More
