Each time I go in for service, everyone there is always friendly, and always very helpful. I needed to go in last week because of a flat tire - so it was an unscheduled visit. I could not have been happier with the service - they got my car in quickly, and found that I had picked up a long nail in the tire. They fixed it, and got me on my way in a timely fashion. My service advisor, Max, is a pleasure to work with, but if he is not available, the other service advisors step in to help out as well. Dick Norris is a great place to get auto service! More

He followed up with me several times after my visit on the phone to check on different tire prices for me and advising Max was very nice and helpful.
