Deceiving The service man said that there would be a 200 plus tax charge for diagnosing our transmission issue. Then when we got there he asked if we wanted an The service man said that there would be a 200 plus tax charge for diagnosing our transmission issue. Then when we got there he asked if we wanted anything else checked. For 200 dollars plus tax, the entire car should have been looked at. I expressed that we were missionaries and needed the car to be road worthy for travel. I got a call and was told that the weight of the cargo was the culprit for our transmission issue. I told them it couldn't be and they said they would keep digging. Then I am told it is the TCHM and the pressures at all over the place. This will cost me $2000 to fix. I have since taken it for a second opinion and have been told that these transmissions are notorious for this issue and it needs to be rebuilt. The tech at the dealership said he has never heard of this before. Sounds real "fishy". More

Thought everything was fine until I got home and found the heads up display was not working correctly, I now have to drive back to the dealer to have it fixed. The mechanic evidently didn't check it when he put the column back together. Very inconvenient first problem with service in 6 years. . More
