I did purchase the Diamond Warranty for the exterior and interior of my truck, which I am glad i did. Brent contacted then directly, filled out the warranty form and submitted it. I don't know how many dealerships would do that for their customers. More

Convenient after hour drop-offs I got a flat tire in Tampa and had the road-service change my tire and put my spare. I couldn't drive all the way to Tarpon Springs with the spare on I got a flat tire in Tampa and had the road-service change my tire and put my spare. I couldn't drive all the way to Tarpon Springs with the spare on so called the dealership at around 6 pm and the lady told me I could just drop the car off at the service area and they would take care of it in the am; and so they did! Leave with more issues than when I brought it in I bought my Enclave new from Dick Norris Palm Harbor in 2013. I've brought it in many times for various things. Most of the time, I had to bring it ba I bought my Enclave new from Dick Norris Palm Harbor in 2013. I've brought it in many times for various things. Most of the time, I had to bring it back in due to their mistakes. I've had grease marks on the interior, the body panels not reinstalled correctly and the latest, my steering column does not go all the way up, like it did before I brought it in. My husband had to change his seat setting so he could see the speedometer. When we pointed it out to Dennis, he said they didn't do anything to the steering column. They fixed a rattle that was coming from it. Whatever they did messed up my steering column. I've had my Enclave in at least 5 times for the hands free phone, and it's still not right. I've lost so much time and money bringing my vehicle to Dick Norris. I will not return and do not recommend them to anyone. More
