I paid for the oil cooler gasket to be replaced, only to find out from another mechanic same day TASCA claimed they did the repair that TASCA charged me for the replacement and the oil cooler gasket and an find out from another mechanic same day TASCA claimed they did the repair that TASCA charged me for the replacement and the oil cooler gasket and an hour of labor (it’s 3 screws and less than 5 minutes) that it was obviously never done as I have an image from the second mechanic of the oil cooler gasket still leaking! I could go on and on about the miscommunication and nastiness from the service advisor as well as receiving texts for 2 trucks neither matching the description of our truck- hybrids??? Really-it’s a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE and the dealership keeps texting regarding a hybrid 🤦♀️. I filed complaints with the dealership and have had no responses and it’s been over a month. I want my money back for the service that was obviously never provided and at this point I will never trust them to work on this vehicle. More

I can't say enough about this dealership's service department. They are always receptive, they listen, they take good notes, and most of all they communicate with the customers. I just had the pleasur department. They are always receptive, they listen, they take good notes, and most of all they communicate with the customers. I just had the pleasure of working with Michael due to Lenny being on vacation. after some testing, the resolutions were spelled out quite thouroughly and we had to make a pretty expensive decision. We even waffled once, but Michael was patient and advised us again of both options. We went with a full replacement and that car has new life! More
Quick and friendly conversation with Lenny Demarco concerning what I wanted done to my 2010 Buick LaCrosse. Then over to the Customer Lounge to have coffee and relax. I brought my vehicle in because the fuel tank and trailer light harness had been vandalized. Due to the strike that had been going on at the time, I had expected it to take a long time to get parts.
