After inspection was told cost and time of repair and was offered shuttle home and notification of pick-up when ready. The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly. Notification was delivered and shuttle was notified and came in a timely manner. The repair was done and satisfactory and some suggested recommendations offered and some taken. Great Service. More

20 year customer. Very responsive service department I appeared at the dealership at 5:00pm on a Friday with what was determined to be a faulty ignition switch. Lenny Demarco ( whom I have dealt with for I appeared at the dealership at 5:00pm on a Friday with what was determined to be a faulty ignition switch. Lenny Demarco ( whom I have dealt with for many years) immediately checked me in. In spite of the fact that it was the end of the day and the Saturday service department hours were booked he managed to get my vehicle in and have the repair made on Saturday.
