I had an awesome customer experience with Brent today. I was just leaving the dealership after an oil change, and as I pulled out of the lot, I accidentally ran over the curb of a loading dock on an adjac I was just leaving the dealership after an oil change, and as I pulled out of the lot, I accidentally ran over the curb of a loading dock on an adjacent business. This caused my vehicle to scrape the entire bottom of the vehicle as I drove over it. Brent noticed me checking my vehicle for damage and he offered to put it on a lift to see if there was any damage. He did a quick inspection of the vehicle, which luckily didn't have any major damage, and he even ran it through the car wash for me! Brent went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! This will keep me coming back to Tasca Buick GMC Palm Harbor. Thanks Brent! More

I took my Lincoln MKZ to the collision center for minor body repair, (Left finder). They wanted to repaint the whole front end which didn't need it. Being a retired military member and a body repair specia body repair, (Left finder). They wanted to repaint the whole front end which didn't need it. Being a retired military member and a body repair specialist in my younger days, I explicitly informed the manager that just the finder needed repair and under the nose of the car. My biggest concern was matching the paint to the rest of the car. Prior-to requesting my wishes the price was $3,299.86. After agreeing to my request he reduced the price to $2,689.00. When returned to pick up the vehicle the paint didn't match. I was totally dissatisfied. I was told the general manager would call me to examine my vehicle repair results. (No call from the general manager) for reconciliation! !!! More
