Having to replace my stolen car and having very little $$ on hand to add to the insurance check my salesman Chris Sims found me a cream puff car with low milage, looks and runs great. With a few minor blemishes on my 2001 Buick Century Chris went out of his way to make sure I was happy and followed through with his promises and then some. He is an asset to Dick Norris and just an all around nice guy. I would feel very good in sending future customers to Dick Norris and specifically to Chris Sims.
