This was my first visit to Dick Norris Buick/GMC. My experience with both the dealership and my sales representative,Dan King was phenomenal.I was intially surprised at the selection of vehicles to choo experience with both the dealership and my sales representative,Dan King was phenomenal.I was intially surprised at the selection of vehicles to choose from and the pricing.I visited with four other dealerships,and one of the four I have delt with consistently for the past 10 years,but i kept coming back to Dick Norris Buick/GMC. It was because of the quality,selection,value,and above all the customer service that i received both from the dealership and Dan King. My sales representative Dan King was excellent. Dan was very knowledgeable in all makes and modals. The best thing I liked about Dan was his, no pressure to buy, attitude. This is something that I have never experienced while purchasing a new vehicle. I met with Dan three times prior to my final purchase, and he was always enthusiastic to assist me and answer any questions that i had. He was courteous and respectful of my needs while I was deciding on what vehicle to purchase. In my opinion this has been the best buying experience that I have ever had. If your in the market to purchase a vehicle then I highly recommend Dick Norris Buick/GMC and experience the difference for yourself, and ask for Dan King. More

I bought an Acadia in 2008 which I loved. I was considering an upgrade with the 2011. I fell in love with a 2011 Red Jewel Acadia SLT with all the features. Everyone Kathy, Dean, Steve and Doug put their heads together and created a deal that was within my criteria. Steve located the car and had it delivered to the dealership. It was everything I dreamed about. We love it. It is the most comfortable and easy to drive. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with and I never enjoyed buying a car as much as I did this time. Upon my arrival to my suprise I was greetedby Mr. Dick Morris, he then introduced me to Mr. Steve Newcomer his sales manager and Mr. Mike Viola who became my salesman. This dealership made me feel very confortable, just like it was fifty years ago when a sale was done with a hand shake. There was no sales pressure like some other dealerships use today. Mr. Dick Norris and his staff you feel like you are part of there family. The appearance of the dealership from the highway is inviting to all that may be in the market for a new or used automobile. The new car showroom imcludes a new area for those that are are waiting for service, this wait section includes the conforts of home including coffee & treats. This is the second new automobile that I purchased from Dick Norris Buick/GMC and based on the professionalism of those that I enteracted with this will not be my last. My hats off to Dick and his staff and look forward to renewed greetings over a cup of coffee' and relaxing in the new waiting area while my Terrain is in for it's scheduled service. More
Everyone at Dick Norris has been very pleasant. Joe Cappello was extremely nice to work with. He was knowlegable and was not pushy. This is as professional an organization as I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Dick and Doug Norris set the standards for their dealership and Steve Newcomer executes it to perfection with his sal with when purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased numerous new cars (Domestic, European, Japanese) and I would rate the 2011 Lacrosse at the very top in every category -- in fact this vehicle usually exceeds my expectations. In addition, everyone that I have come in contact with at the dealership are committed to providing honest and fair treatment combined with a friendly non-pressurized approach. In particular, Jeff Cross (our salesman) has been great -- before and after the sale, he has gone out of his way to answer questions, provide help in selecting the right model and options; he also took the time to introduce us to key dealership personnel. We ended up purchasing the base model (CX) with the Convenience Package and we are quite happy with this choice. Although we had some concern regarding the performance of the 2.4L engine, our experience has been that it has more than adequate acceleration/power. Also, after completing our first significant trip (2,500 miles) I am happy to report averaging 30+ miles per gallons highway. More

After having been to 2 other GMC dealers (one of which we bought a car from previously) we went to Dick Norris. They were very friendly from the minute we started looking on the lot. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the car, the other personnel were just as friendly. They took and introduced us to the repair department so we were familiar with who we would be dealing with in the future. When we left the dealship everyone on the sales floor called us by name as we were leaving. When we went to pick up the car we got the same treatment. The sales rep knew what they had on the lot and was able to provide us with many details and what changes had been made on the models. The follow up since purchasing the car has also been excellent. We have been contacted making sure we don't have any questions or concerns. EXCELLENT!!!! More
