Three hours later he called and I proceeded to pick the car up. Upon reaching the dearlership, he promptly explained what was found and walked with me to get the paperwork. I have given this rating because I have always liked the hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my car in to check on the brake job that had been done in December because there was a scraping noise from the brakes. So I came in January to have them look at the brakes again in regards to this scraping. I consulted with Brent about what the brakes were doing since he was my Service Rep in December,and the maintenance replaced those brakes with the factory made brakes that were on my car originally. Now my brakes are fine and they don't make that noise anymore. He discussed things with Rita about the brakes since she is my new Service Rep. More

Our salesperson, Chris Sims was able to listen and understand our particular situation. He then recommended some vehicles that were a good value, and good on gas. He also made sure his recommendations met our financial and family needs. Once we agreed on the vehicle and purchase price we had to get approved on the financing. We were a little nervous about the financing because of our credit scores were not what they used to be. Again, they came through with flying colors!!!! Dean Lillquist, the Business Manager was able to get us a longer term and lower percentage rate than we thought was possible. In addition the vehicle was a GM Certified Used Vehicle, so we also got a 1-year/12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that includes roadside assistance. Both my husband and I could not be more satisfied. We felt that they truly wanted to help us and treated us like family. After numerous encounters with rude and pushy salesmen elsewhere(even at the actual BMW dealership), I met Joe and the rest of the staff at Dick Norris. Even before I actually met face to face with Joe, he communicated with me and answered all(LOTS of them) of my questions, via email. Which was something that really impressed me. The dealerships also had no problem with letting me take the car on a thorough test drive, and play with all the buttons and gizmos. They were willing to give me a more than reasonable price for the incredible quality of vehicle that I got. And I'm still in shock at how quickly paperwork and the final purchasing process was. And the best part was that I got flowers and ice cream when I came to pick my new "baby" up! I've been telling all of my friends to go to Dick Norris. It was hands down, the easiest and, dare I say, enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. More
