I've purchased many cars in my life with the last (8) all coming from the same dealer. When I found myself in the market again I went back to the local dealership where I'd purchased my last eight cars. After weeks of trying with no luck in price, car or just a good match for my needs I decided to branch out. In the process I rand accross many a dealership in the area that just couldn't meet my needs in one way or another. As I was on my way for another 30 mile trip to a dealership I found on line I drove by Dick Norris. There were a few cars on the front line the caught my eye so I made a U turn and stopped just to look. Not long after I met the nicest most reasonable non intrusive man by the name of Joe. Joe gave me such a warm and genuine feeling as I just looked around he answered my questions never pushed me and really made me feel welcome. To make this long story short I found the perfect car that day. A car I'd wanted with extreemly low miles and priced right. The entire expierance was delightful and while purchasing my car I was greeted my Doug Norris who came to congratulate me on my purchase and extend his time should I want or need anything at all. I've nothing but tremendous respect for this dealership and everyone I've come in contact with as they have all been such a true delight and joy to meet. We own a Saturn vehicle. We came to Dick Norris because Saturn was closed down by GM and our vehicle was still under warranty. Initially we felt so bad because we lost the dealership we purchased our car from. But that turned out to be an actual good thing for us. Max Johnson and the guys took such excellent care of us that we became instant friends of the Dick Norris family. They made us all feel so welcome and took such good care of us that we ended up purchasing another vehicle from Dick Norris. The service department takes great care in making sure your car needs are met. The are honest and reasonable. They will never sell you anything you do not need. The entire staff believes in going the extra mile to service your vehicle quickly and efficiently. Yesterday I came in to have the oil changed on the minivan which now had over 110,000 miles. While waiting, I noticed a 2011 GMC Acadia Demo that was just beautiful and caught my eye. Steve Newcommer happened to be out by the car with Mr. Norris and was quick to say hello and asked if he could help me.
