We purchased a used Yukon for Joe Denitti at the Palm Harbor location. He was the friendliest sales person I ever met and let my 3 year old son play with his personal stuff from his desk. The price of the Yukon was excellent and our only issue was with our pre-approved auto loan monthly payment, but this was something we sought out on our own before coming to Dick Norris. The business manager, Geoff Sullivan, pulled a miracle and found a different finance bank that gave us an extremely lower finance percentage, therefore lowering our payments well below than what we expected. I say it was a miracle because of our "fair" credit score and the finance percentage he got us was as if we had a perfect credit score. After the deal was done and we were transferring out items into the newer Yukon, my son was upset that he lost his stickers that Geoff had given him at some point in the night. The building was locked up at this point since they closed for the night, but Geoff went out of his way to go back in to get more stickers for my son. Both the salesman Joe Denitti and the Business Manager Geoff Sullivan were very friendly, easy going, and non pressuring. My next car purchase will be from them as well. More
I have been a customer for a long time and this is the second Yukon XL I own and have it serviced at this dealer. Sequence of events - 1) A month ago I brought it in with a complaint - making a squeaky noise not only when engaging brake pedal but also at slow speeds. I was advised resurfacing rotors would fix the issue. The noise seemed to be gone. 2) 3 to 4 weeks later, the noise was back and I brought it back. This time I was advised over the phone that pads need to be replaced and they were on special etc. When I went to pick up, I learned the pads were surfaced/cleaned, anti squeak applied etc. and didn't need replacing. It cost me additional(same as replacing). I argued with adviser that it did not make sense to me that a) pads and rotors cause noise when brake is not engaged and b) that I am having to pay again. I was given assurance that it is fixed. 3) I was back the very next day - the noise was worse and this time I test drove with mechanic. When I picked it up, was given the assurance it is fixed - the assembly was taken apart, debris cleaned etc. etc. I started driving and hadn't left your lot when I heard squeaky noise again. It was making a high pitched noise but this time only on braking. 4) I was back the very next day - since I picked up late the day before and everyone had left. Now I was told I need "factory" pads and I needed to pay additional!!! I met with owners assistant that day, emailed owner on Oct 14th and a follow up on Oct 24th and still haven't heard back!! The complaint is same as day one - high pitched squealing not only when you brake but also when you drive at slower speeds. More

I have purchased many cars and trucks, but this was by far the best. The buying experience went without a single hitch. I am not an easy person to satisfy and thanks to Joe all went well. Flawless I should say. I am 65 years old, a West Pasco County resident and drove past many automobile dealers on my way to Dick Norris, well worth the short drive. I was twice on the dealer for maitenance. The 1st time I came to install new tires. The job was done but at least one tire pressure sensor was damaged and system no longer monitor pressure in the tires. I a came to install new tires. The answer was: $89 for diagnostics and will see. The 2nd time I came to to change oil. Oil was changed but since that time stop light switch stop working. When I came with the switch I got the standart answer: $89 for diagnostics and will see... Seems they do all they can to keep customers comming to them again and again. More

In 2002 I bought a used Buick LeSabre from Dick Norris and throughout the years I had received excellent customer service. I visited Dick Norris just to see the new LaCrosse and John Bruno showed me both the LaCrosse and the new Regal..Well... However, to appease myself I also looked at the Hyundai Sonata and the Kia Optima, nice cars, both of them. But, I kept going back to Buick and Steve Newcomer or John would patiently let me ogle the car and also fed me ice cream. Finally, last week my son decided to accompany me to Dick Norris so he could test drive the Regal. He was impressed and proclaimed this was the car for me. I was very pleased because I thought the same thing. We are both from the Detroit area so we love cars and the opportunity to "buy American" and get a great car was not lost on us. The deciding factor in addition to a great vehicle was the dealership itself. The employees are friendly and make you feel valued. They do everything they can. The financial transaction was handled efficientlyby Dean despite my sticker shock over new car prices and John bruno and Steve Newcomer made the purchase a smooth operation. My questions were answered, concerns addressed and all was done with humour and some laughs. And,I have been urged to come in to see them if I have any problems at all. I was introduced to Dick Norris, a most gracious gentleman. I am now the proud owner of a sporty silver Regal with a gold pinstripe that makes me feel "awesome.".. I may name her "Princess." After all she is a Regal. More
