Joe D was extremely friendly and very accommodating. It was a "no fuss" & "no haggle" deal, very smooth. Dean in finance was very personable and efficient. Wow, had a great experience with this dealership. Thomas Garcia was a no-pressure and helpful salesperson. I had been looking for this exact model of Mini Cooper for over 2 years and I'm thankful it ended Garcia was a no-pressure and helpful salesperson. I had been looking for this exact model of Mini Cooper for over 2 years and I'm thankful it ended up at Dick Norris. There was very little movement in the haggle, but even with that, everyone up the managerial line (all the way to Doug Norris himself) was open and respectful. Michael Crocker made the financing quick and easy, with a great rate and a no-penalty early payoff. Ask for Thomas when you get there. He knows his stuff and will get you a great deal - and he's honest about the quality of the cars. Thanks guys - loving my Mini Cooper! More
