Joe Denittis was fantastic. Great sales guy. Loved the no pressure sales experience. As for financing they messd up my credit so bad by telling me they were going to send the application to one bank no pressure sales experience. These multiple inquires has screwed up my credit horribly that it will take me several years to clear it up. This is going to cost me more money then this vehicle was worth. During our recent truck research through the GM website, several dealerships showed up with my vehicle search either as an exact match or close match. We looked at EVERY dealership and liked Dick Norris Buick GMC the best for several reasons. They showed internet pricing and they had several trucks to look at. We bought our last truck thru the internet pricing and we really like the NO HASSLE pricing. We sent an email inquiring on one of the trucks and Joe Cappello responded in a timely manner. We emailed back and forth and made a phone call or two and we decided we were going there to buy our truck. Even though we have a GMC dealership 11 miles away and we have bought numerous vehicles from them, we decided to drive 56 miles to buy from Dick Norris Buick. When we arrived Joe had the truck sitting out front waiting for us and met us with a warm welcome. Although we did not find the perfect truck on their lot we were able to locate one at another dealership and they were able to do a dealer trade.
