Well we have bought several vehicles from Dick Norris and always have had a good experience. She had a 2000 Jimmy that she leased first and then bought from Dick Norris in 99.....that was the best vehicle she ever had till now.....Dean went to bat for us like I was his son got us a great deal and again treated like we were family. Our first experience with Dick Norris GMC Buick in Palm Harbor was an internet inquiry about one of the vehicles we were interested in. Their internet site asked us if we wanted to "Make An Offer" for the Harbor was an internet inquiry about one of the vehicles we were interested in. Their internet site asked us if we wanted to "Make An Offer" for the vehicle we were previewing online. I thought what the heck and made what I thought was a fair offer. I did not expect them to accept it as it has been our experience with other dealerships that they always say no to what you propose. I got a phone call and an email from Joe Cappello letting me know that they had accepted my offer and included details with an out the door cost. Wow, I did not expect that! Then I thought to myself well that will probably change when I get to the dealership. Nope, I was wrong again. What a pleasant experience. We got a higher amount for our trade than anyone else offered. We got the deal that we wanted and we got the monthly payment that we wanted and on top of that - finance quoted us an acceptable interest rate and then when we got to our appointment to sign the paperwork we found out that he was able to get the interest rate even lower than he quoted us. Wow again! They did not have to do that - we were happy with the first rate quoted. Needless to say that due to all of the things above (especially fighting for a lower interest rate for us and giving us more for our trade) we will be customers for life! I made it clear that we had already spoken with another Buick dealer and that we would be making a decision based on the best bottom line (price of car and value of our trade in). Joe made us a great offer the first time around we did not feel like we had to play "let's make a deal"! Dick Norris did not have the exact car we wanted (color/feature combination), but the located one in Ft. Myers and had it delivered the next day. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Joe demonstrated all of the features to make sure we were comfortable with how everything worked and that we would be driving away from the dealership safely. We need to finance a portion of the purchase price and used the convenient on-line credit application available on the Dick Norris web-site. Once complete, I received a call from one of the on-site finance representatives. Due to the complexity of our application, our approval process required a few extra steps. Geoff Sullivan and his team took the time to ask all of the questions that led to a quick approval and great loan terms. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle, Geoff made the paperwork painless and quick. He explained everything in detail and then let us get out the door to enjoy our new Buick Regal. Joe and Geoff both displayed professionalism and were a pleasure to work with. I hate to car shop, specially used car. At Dick Norris I found the best price for the used car I was looking for. I was wondering what was wrong with the car...nothing.
