We previously owned a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali SUV which was beginning to show its age. I have been using this dealer's service department for some time, with excellent customer service, so my first thought was beginning to show its age. I have been using this dealer's service department for some time, with excellent customer service, so my first thought was to try them first while buying my new vehicle. I'm glad I did. The buying experience was better than I expected it to be. Their sales rep first spent time talking to me and my wife to understand what we were looking for in our new vehicle. Then when he understood our needs and our budget, he proceeded to discuss our options. Finally we test drove various vehicles until we found the one that we thought would best serve our needs. Finally, they suggested that we take the vehicle home overnight so that we could give it a good test drive without the salesman distracting us. We took him up on this suggestion. They gassed up the vehicle and we drove it for the remainder of the day, then the next day we took it for another drive, this time on a highway. By the end of this test ride, my wife and I had made up our mind to buy this vehicle. We returned to the dealership later in the afternoon to work out the financing that would fit our budget and drove home with our new vehicle. I would have to rate our experience with this dealership as excellent. The sales staff is just as good as their service department staff, EXCELLENT! They made what could have been a very stressful event into a very joyful event in my life. More

My wife and I went to the dealer on 4/27/2013 to test drive a 2009 Ford Explorer that I had seen on the Internet. Joe Cappello sent me an e-mail the day before and asked me if I had any questions, and wo drive a 2009 Ford Explorer that I had seen on the Internet. Joe met us at the door as we walked in, and had the car clean and ready to drive. We inspected the car and Joe answered all our questions. When we came back from the test drive, Joe had already appraised our trade in and we sat down to business. I was ready for a long drown out battle dealing with a salesmen, but to my surprise Joe gave me a great price on The Explorer and a fair trade in allowance for my old car. No pressure at all, and we had a deal done in less than 15 min. Thank you Joe. Manny Fernandez the Business Mgr took care of all the paperwork and gave me my options for extended warranties etc. He didn't force me to buy anything, it was up to me if I wanted them. This was my second experience with Joe Cappello and Dick Norris GMC, the first was with my husband a couple months ago to purchase a pre-owned truck, the second time was when I was looking for a new vehicle Norris GMC, the first was with my husband a couple months ago to purchase a pre-owned truck, the second time was when I was looking for a new vehicle. I had never really considered a GMC before but we had such a good experience the first time we were there that I really wanted to keep my business with them. I never felt pressured or over-sold at any time, in fact it was just the opposite. I told Joe what I wanted but thought I couldn't afford and he surprisingly was able to put me in a brand new car with most of my must-haves and still in my price range, and now I've got the nicest ride in town! Both times we have been there Dick Norris and his son Doug have both stopped in to chat with us and thank us for our business also. I don't think I can go any where else now! More

We decided on Sunday (3/17/13) night to start looking for a new car and sent an inquiry via an eMail to Dick Norris Buick.GMC. They replied that evening at 9:44 PM with information on the Buick model that we were interested in. We sent an eMail monday 3/18 stating that we would visit the dealership that afternoon. Joe Cappello set up an appointment to drive a 2013 Regal Premium III. We drove the Premium III and a Regal GS. The Regal GS had a better feel to us for what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We then expressed our choice for a GS with the options and color that we wanted. Joe found the exact car for us in Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday 3/19. We agreed with the terms for Leasing the GS for 39 months and placed a deposit on the vehicle. The dealership sent their personnel to Jacksonville on Wednesday the 20th to get the GS. They brought the vehicle back and prepared the GS for delivery on Thursday 3/21. We went to the Dealership about 3:30 PM on Thursday and the car was sitting outside after being detailed perfectly. Joe Cappello explained the inner workings of the GS to my wife Sharon and I. We then met with Dean Lillquist to review the mountain of paper work to sign to finally acquire the Buick Regal GS. Dean was very helpful in getting everything in order. We feel that the dealership's personnel presented my wife and I with an exceptional experience in obtaining the GS in a professional manner.
