I was contemplating buying from Dick Norris Buick GMC or Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg and I am glad I made the choice to buy from Joe at Dick Norris. The attitude from the first time we met until I cho Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg and I am glad I made the choice to buy from Joe at Dick Norris. The attitude from the first time we met until I chose to close on a deal with him was absolutely terrific. He placed zero pressure on me and helped me get into a car I actually wanted to purchase rather than just trying to sell me a car for his sake. We made a deal on a brand new Terrain that I enjoy very much and the whole process was as easy and pleasant as buying a car could be. I highly recommend anyone in the Clearwater area looking for a new Buick or GMC to visit Joe Cappello at Dick Norris, do not waste your time with Crown as they just try to sell you something without considering what you actually want. More

Over 30 miles from home had the transmission go out on my '08 Buick Enclave. Had it towed into closest Buick dealer. I had no previous experience with this dealership and felt vulnerable since I was in a tou '08 Buick Enclave. Had it towed into closest Buick dealer. I had no previous experience with this dealership and felt vulnerable since I was in a tough situation. They had a bid for me the next morning with 2 options for rebuild or replace. Just after approving replacement, I drove around the front of the dealership and saw an identical new Enclave for sale. Though new it was last year's model so went inside to begin "negotiating". Felt I was eventually given a very fair deal for trading in the old model. Both the owner, Dick Norris, and the sales manager were very instrumental in making this trade happen. Drove home that same day in my "new" car which looks just like my beloved "old" car. More

Every aspect of the experience was superior to previous times at other dealerships. This was the first time I didn't feel like I was being slightly belittled because I didn't have the big dollars. They all were courteous and did everything they could to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and they worked with us to find a way for us to get what we were hoping for. Dealership could not have treated me nicer and more respectful. I am an old woman and not easy to deal with. I traded in 2011 Cadillac SRX and did not know what I really wanted. I was leased a Cadillac that had very little accessories. I leased a 2013 Encore. Took it home and called back the first thing next morning and told them I was bringing it back and have my Cadillac there to pick up. The Encore was just to small and had an easier lift gate but it wasn't what I wanted. They never told me I couldn't do that but they really did everything humanly possible to get me into a car I would be happy with. I am very happy with the 2013 Terrain and I thank Jamie Zimmerman and Dick Norris for getting me into the Terrain. Dan was great in explaining the vehicle and the features. More

I thought I was trying to accomplish the impossible task of trying to buy a car for my mother in Florida while I reside in California. I was fortunate enough to end up in the hands Joe Cappello. Among the most important was to have my mother almost seamlessly drive in with one car and leave with another without the haggle and hassle of typically buying a new car. I am extremely appreciative that Joe made this a completely stress free experience for my mom; he took as much time as was needed to make sure she was comfortable and acquainted with the new car before she drove off.
