Best Sales Experience ever I started out finding an SRX listed online and called Dick Norris and spoke to Joe Cappello Internet Sales Manager. He took my basic info and said he would call me back in just a few minutes and he did just that. He was so nice and NO Pushiness....just info and emailed all the info to me. A couple of hours later I found myself driving about 65 miles to Dick Norris Palm Harbor to see this car...could it be all it appeared to be?Ive had some experiences where I told dealerships what I was looking for only to arrive and the vehicle was anything but what I had been looking for! Not so with Dick Norris; Joe Cappello had not lead me astray...the car was all he said and so much more. I loved it and he was so nice and genuine. He introduced my husband and I to Frank Bienz and immediately we knew we were in good hands. Frank Bienz is so kind, not pushy, ..just wanted to give us information on the car and find out our needs. Mr. Bienz treated us like we were his friends and I trusted him immediately . We just loved Frank , don't find people like him very often. The entire staff Dan King sales, finance , even the gentleman in insurance was able to get me cheaper insurance by switching to allstate. I'm sure i am forgetting other departments. I would have stayed there all day, had a blast talking to everyone, but I had to return to work. They also gave me 5 thousand more dollars for my trade in, than stingray chevrolet offered. Body Shop Repairs I had taken my car to Dick Norris instead of VW because I have heard many good things. I can say from my personal experience that VW dealerships never I had taken my car to Dick Norris instead of VW because I have heard many good things. I can say from my personal experience that VW dealerships never seem to impress. I was involved in a minor accident that damaged my from fender. I can tell you that I am a very picky person and Lonnie had been patient with me and made sure that my car looked as good as it was prior to the accident. I can only wish that the whole process was as easy as the visit to Dick Norris. Its really a pain to deal with situations like this and a hassle especially when its not your fault. The crew at Dick Norris delivered my car on time and even washed it. When I noticed a small issue with the fit they rescheduled and adjusted the fender and it was as good as the original. I am very thankful for giving them a try. More

Beware if you attempt to buy your vehicle at the end of your lease from Dick Norris. I tried to finance my vehicle payout with a loan from my Illinois credit union, and the Dick Norris manager stated th your lease from Dick Norris. I tried to finance my vehicle payout with a loan from my Illinois credit union, and the Dick Norris manager stated that the dealership would not process payment for the car from the credit union, because the credit union was out of state (a lot of bunk, since a certified check would be issued as payment!) I could, however, finance the payout through the Dick Norris dealership with no problem (of course!) I will not do business with Dick Norris again. More

My wife and I Jean live down the street in Serendipity Mobile home (we own a share) and spend 5 months a year at this address. As I have indicated in the past, the service and attitude of (this) Dick Nor Mobile home (we own a share) and spend 5 months a year at this address. As I have indicated in the past, the service and attitude of (this) Dick Norris dealership is extremely satisfying. I am very concerned on how my vehicle looks and operates, I expect nothing but care and concern how my car is treated and respected, the staff here is the best I have ever received. I have owned approx. 7 brand new vehicles and many dealings with GM service departments in Ontario. I have also a few years under my belt concerning servicing on the GM staff side and know the games. My dealings with Mr. Demarco has been nothing but professional and all dealings have been cared out to the letter. (remarkable). My verbal conversations with Mr. King in the show room, leaves me with nice warm trusting feelings. I wish so much that I could purchase a new or slightly used vehicle from this location.
