Started emailing with Jaclyn Adamson, I must of changed my appointment 10x. Jaclyn never had an issue and would respond in a timely manner. Probably one of the biggest reasons I went there. I briefly told him our experiences. Asked about the vehicle. He told me in three sentences or less how Taco did business. Price, tax & title trade in = bottom line. And it was!!!! We drove an hour met him, he gave us background on Dealership. He had the vehicle ready. He had obviously familiarized himself with this particular one which was an enormous help to us. The test drive was thorough and enjoyable. the "dreaded" paperwork was smooth. They told me what my trade in would be worth and I got the bottom line. With no hidden costs or dealer "built in bs." The business office was smooth, quick and efficient. Ron gave another tutorial when we got out to my "new" car which again, was invaluable. He was sincere. Engaging. And funny.
