Having dealt with Dick Norris Buick for years, it was not a surprise when I took my Encore in for the latest service item. The day and time were scheduled, the service needed was completed as planned, and I a surprise when I took my Encore in for the latest service item. Arranged appointment for service on-line, arrived and was greeted promptly, oil change, lube and wiper fluid servicing was performed. I waited in customer service lounge which was clean and not very crowde greeted promptly, oil change, lube and wiper fluid servicing was performed. I waited in customer service lounge which was clean and not very crowded. They said it should be quick because they were running on-time. In less than an hour I paid and was on my way. I was very happy with everything. Will come again when the car needs service. More
