I came back after 2 weeks from visiting my Family from out of Town and my Battery died. After I called and was connected with Luke, he was very helpful with direction since after AAA started the Car bu out of Town and my Battery died. I had to call Buick Roadside to deliver it to your Service. I never met who fixed the problem, but Luke kept me informed and was very nice. I think he is a valuable Employee of your Dealership.
