I was scammed by the Marine Center. I purchased a brand new bay boat, and they mis-titled it, accidentally giving the title ( and boat) to my company's boat captain. Contrite? Apologetic? Instead they've found a way to treat this 66-year-old grandmother like a criminal. Offered me a couple thousand of my $79,000 cash investment to go away quietly, like a good negro. This after giving my boat captain an "incentive" for bringing me there to begin with. (He knew the salesman wink-wink). I would not purchase an odd shoelace from these crooks. More

My experience with their service department was excellent! I was traveling back and forth from another state when my vehicle required repairs. Service department couldn’t have been better! My Fiance and I were all over looking for a Silverado in my price range and what I wanted in the truck. We pulled into your parking lot and were me with Wes. He was friendly, happy and not in anyway "pushy" like the other sales people we dealt with on that day at other dealerships. Long story short, I told him what I could afford and wanted, especially with our wedding coming up in May of 2022 and my financial situation just starting a new job. WES was amazing, and because of him and everyone else I met at Dick Norris, I will be a loyal customer from now on.
