Purchased a new truck. Needed running boards included in the deal. Just about to leave in new truck when told running boards were not included in the deal due to an error by the finance person. My wife was so upset she did not get into the truck for a week. Got a call from the salesman and told him I felt they should pay for the running boards (about $500). Later a sales manager called and said he would not pay for the running boards. I told him I was an "unsatisfied customer" and $500 was not much to fix their error. He said he did not care about my bad reviews......maybe he will care now...... More
