We were greeted by Mr. Mickey Taylor who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and showed us the 2018 F-150 we were interested in. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Taylor was very informative and he was answering every questions of ours patiently. He provided excellent customer service and made the process of buying a used vehicle pain free. Mislead about the certified warranty. Salesman said covers bumper to bumper 12 months. Tire sensor went out, they tried to charge me $160.
