Before we could even enter, the building, we were greeted by Mark who was waiting outside for customers. I had a good buying experience with Joe and Dean at this dealership! The overall vibe was great. Fast forward several months and I'm realizing that the Joe lied to me about some concerns that I had. Integrity is very important, especially in a managerial position. When you lie, you eliminate any shred of integrity you may have. So my decent experienced has completely soured because of dishonesty. When you make promises, keep them. Be a man of your word. I will not be back to this dealership based on the lies Joe told me.
