Went on 11/6 to get an oil change. Everything went as planned. Took it back on 11/22 to get front and rear brake rotors and pads serviced. When I picked it up, it seemed to be running Everything went as planned. Took it back on 11/22 to get front and rear brake rotors and pads serviced. When I picked it up, it seemed to be running funny before I even got it off the lot. My check engine light came on and my truck was running 4,000 RPM's (even with my foot off the gas). I took my truck back there and I was told that the transmission went bad while it was at the shop. Funny how that works.... I was told I would receive video surveillance of my truck while it was in the shop to prove that they had nothing to do with the transmission. More

DO NOT DEAL WITH TASCA - I bought a car from out of state and had communicated my plans to come in and get the car. They asked for a letter from my bank proving the funds which I provided and then after I ha and had communicated my plans to come in and get the car. They asked for a letter from my bank proving the funds which I provided and then after I had a certified check made for the full amount, Tasca demanded a deposit (that I would get back) to hold the car for the weekend. I flew in and bought the car and asked for my deposit back. (overpayment at this point) They said I would be mailed it back in 5 days. Well that was 3 months ago. I’ve called many time and even though they show they owe me the deposit back they keep giving me the runaround. One week it was “we need a manager to approve” the next was that “no one was at the dealership that can sign a check” then I got the “checks in the mail” line. 3 months !!!! On top of that they gave a 30 day temp tag and I had to hound them for the plates after 45 days. TASCA in Clearwater are just typical USED CAR xxxxxxxx. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! More
