The work done was atrocious and the customer service was down right offensively rude. BUYER/CUSTOMER beware, this dealership will tell you anything in order to get paid, they will go as far as rigging a job they very well know they CAN NOT DO and when you come to pick your car up, they will make every excuse to justify their shoty work. In our case we dropped a pontiac in for repairs. They told us it would take 3 days. 2 weeks later we practically had to beg for a loaner car because the car wasn't done. 2 weeks after that we finally got a call that the car was done. When we went to pick up the car the work they had contracted out was in every way possible completely wrong! When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were basically told, thats the best we can do here, if you don't like it that's your problem, now give us our keys to the loaner back , if you don't want your car walk home.
