Just a horrible experience. I had already worked out a price via Email and was going down to get a quote on my Trade. Hal was rude, argumentative, and unknowledgeable. He questioned my choice in cars, told me that options I wanted were not available (when they were) and refused to even look them up in the catalog. He had little to no social skills and just kept pushing me to buy a different model (which they had more of on their lot). I emailed a complaint to the Internet manager and got no response. A week or two later I got a followup letter from a manager saying to email them if I was not satisfied. I did and got no response. I emailed them again and was told that they didnt respond because they thought I made up my mind and was going somewhere else. Totally unapologetic. I did end up ordering my car from another local dealer who was slightly more expensive, but much more customer service oriented. Avoid Tasca at all costs. More
