Steve is service was great and took care of the issues. The first go around we were without the vehicle for a week. After the vehicle was returned we discovered that it was damaged due to the install of the sunshade. Had to bring back a second time. We like the vehicle but wished all of the initial items were addressed prior to us purchasing. I mentioned the seat issues to sales and was told nothing was wrong with when I bought it. I felt as though I was called a liar. A week with it with tears in the seats, in the same spot on both seats did not happen from our short time of ownership. Taking care of the issues made us feel that Tasca stands by their vehicle even if we had to make two visits. More

John helped me through the process and gave a step by step explanation of what was going to be completed. He also got his superior involved in an issue I had with the hood of my Explorer. Unfortunately, ford rejected my concern which was very disappointing. Now I have to spend $1500 or so to get my hood fixed correctly. I have a 2005 Ford Escape and never had an issue like this. I also purchased the extended warranty to help with items like this but a lot of good that did for me. In closing it's not Tasca, again the people were very good to me but I think the big Ford in the sky could have done better by me. Thanks, Rick More

When I retrieved my serviced vehicle, the repair was satisfactorily completed and Mr. Payne was meticulous in his explanation of the work. Very nicely done. More
General Maintenance I always bring my vehicles to be maintained or repaired at Tasca. The Service Department is Excellent and they let you know if anything is wrong with your car or if you need any preventive maintenance. On this visit I went in for just an oil change but the service manager let me know that it had been a while (6 months) since I did some other general maintenance things on my car. Also my windshield wipers were bad and they replaced them. The great thing about Tasca is that they make you aware of items that could become a problem later and that would cost you more money. This last time was the case and I appreciated the Service Manger letting me know about a General Maintenance Package that covered a wide range of things for the upkeep of my car. Price for everything was good also. More

First Oil Change I received a phone call from the Woonsocket Tasca, offering me a "free" oil change for my 2014 Chevy Tahoe which i purchased from Simon Chevrolet. I I received a phone call from the Woonsocket Tasca, offering me a "free" oil change for my 2014 Chevy Tahoe which i purchased from Simon Chevrolet. I set the appointment up at the Cranston location because I live in Warwick and do not wish to travel to Woonsocket for service. Upon my arrival at Tasca, Ed Nardolillo was the service advisor that assisted me. Of course the offer i had been given originally did not apply to my vehicle (although the sales rep from Woonsocket advised that it did), Ed explained very thoroughly what my vehicle needed. Ed also extended me a discount to help in reducing the price i was going to have to pay since i was expecting "free". My full service oil change, including tire rotation, all point inspection and car wash(extremely excited about this!!) did take a bit longer than i had anticipated. However, the experience was nothing short of 5 star. I have been to many many dealerships (having owned many different makes of vehicles) and Tasca in Cranston is by far the best one i have had to deal with. I love my Chevy Tahoe and do not plan on trading it in soon, but when i do, i will be sure to stay with Tasca for my shopping. Until then, keep up the good work, i will be a loyal customer!! More
