Richard Park, my salesperson, walked me smoothly through all the steps of buying a new car with his knowledge of Volvos and sales expertise eliminating any anxiety. Through each step in the buying process, from the test drive and the warranty to safety issues, options and service, Richard sold me on the Volvo XC 70. It was a big decision for me to make but with Richard's help, I made it with knowledge and confidence. I am very pleased with my Volvo XC 70 and have had many compliments on my choice. Certified Pre Owned Lincoln It has been many years since I purchased a car from Tasca. Recently, my wife and I stopped in to look at the new Lincolns. This is when we met Michael It has been many years since I purchased a car from Tasca. Recently, my wife and I stopped in to look at the new Lincolns. This is when we met Michael Huling. Being in sales for over 35 years myself, I take great notice in a salesman's behavior. Immediately, we both felt very comfortable with Mike. I must say our initial feeling about Mike was spot on and he proved to be a true professional throughout the entire buying experience. Return car for issues after purchase. Second time We purchased the vehicle and discovered the sunshade not operating properly, tears in leather seats and the vehicle was dead in the driveway after hav We purchased the vehicle and discovered the sunshade not operating properly, tears in leather seats and the vehicle was dead in the driveway after having it for a week. Steve is service was great and took care of the issues. The first go around we were without the vehicle for a week. After the vehicle was returned we discovered that it was damaged due to the install of the sunshade. Had to bring back a second time. We like the vehicle but wished all of the initial items were addressed prior to us purchasing. I mentioned the seat issues to sales and was told nothing was wrong with when I bought it. I felt as though I was called a liar. A week with it with tears in the seats, in the same spot on both seats did not happen from our short time of ownership. Taking care of the issues made us feel that Tasca stands by their vehicle even if we had to make two visits. More

John helped me through the process and gave a step by step explanation of what was going to be completed. He also got his superior involved in an issue I had with the hood of my Explorer. Unfortunately, ford rejected my concern which was very disappointing. Now I have to spend $1500 or so to get my hood fixed correctly. I have a 2005 Ford Escape and never had an issue like this. I also purchased the extended warranty to help with items like this but a lot of good that did for me. In closing it's not Tasca, again the people were very good to me but I think the big Ford in the sky could have done better by me. Thanks, Rick More
