He made sure we knew that he was going to ensure everything was taken care of for us. The day that we left with the car, we came in spur of the moment and we were in a rush to get to work but he ran around for us, helping to get the paperwork ready (and printed off of our phones!) and cleared so that we could take the Rav4 home. Not to mention helping to entertain our one year old son while waiting! Everyone at Tasca, and most especially Lou, were warm, welcoming, and very professional.
