Sean Bernier was my salesman and he was very patient and helpful with what I wanted. He showed me different options, gave me recommendations, and definitely stayed where I wanted with my budget. He was very knowledgable about each car I had asked about (which was quite a few). I never got the feeling that he was just trying to make a sale, which was comforting. After taking the car home, I immediatly got a follow up email asking if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to him. Overall, it was an amazing and stress free experience at Tasca. More

Exceptional Experience When I arrived at Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, I was promptly greeted by Sean Bernier. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I arrived at Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, I was promptly greeted by Sean Bernier. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I arrived at Tasca with only a brand and a budget in mind. After letting Sean know my budget and that I was specifically interested in purchasing a Mazda, he immediately led me out to the lot and began showing me cars that fit my criteria. The very first car that he showed me on the lot caught my eye for sure. While taking it for a test drive, I fell in love with the car even more. Sean allowed me to drive the car on both the highway and back roads to test the car at different speeds and on different road surfaces. When we arrived back at the lot, the only issue I ran into was deciding which color of the car I wanted to purchase (there were two identical cars on the lot, one black and one blue, with only two features making the cars different). Sean brought out both cars and put them side by side so I was able to easily compare the two and also allowed me to test drive both. Although it took me a while to decide which of the two I wanted to purchase, I really appreciated that Sean was patient and did not try to sway my decision in one direction or the other nor did he try to speed up my decision making process. Because this was my first car purchase, I brought my parents along with me. Because I am young, salesmen at other car dealerships we visited earlier that day wouldn’t talk to me as if I was the person purchasing the car but instead would talk mostly to my parents. I had a completely different experience at Tasca. After meeting Sean, he made sure that we were all included in the conversations but he knew that at the end of the day, I was the one purchasing the car and I appreciated that he treated me like an adult and helped me find my dream car. Sean definitely did not fit the “car salesman” stereotype. After my first car buying experience, I will definitely return to Tasca for my next car purchase in the future (and hopefully be able to have Sean as a salesman once again). More

I made a list of Toyota Camry's that I saw online and the 2009 Camry Tasca had advertized was in our price range. I went car shopping on the hottest Saturday of the year and I had little patience to for working out a deal on a used vehicle. Eric Lima saw that I was looking at the Camry on your dealership lot and offered to help get me the best deal. I told Eric that I had a couple of other dealerships to visit and I planned to purchase a car that day so I asked him to get back to me if price was negotiable. Eric contacted me within an hour with an honest and fair quote for the car and that brought me back to the dealership for a second look at the car and I purchased it. Eric was very pleasant and accommodating in make the transaction. I have purchased many cars in the past (mostly used) and Eric was the most honest and attentive person that I ever had the pleasure to work with. Eric emailed us with his contact information and provided us with his cell phone number in case we needed to contact him. We just picked up the plates yesterday and we were again very please with his polite and courteous nature. Your dealership is very luck to have such a pleasant and knowledgeable employee. Thank you for the opportunity to let more people know about this dealership and our experience with purchasing a used vehicle. More

My last car buying experience was terrible, so I was leary from the start. Lou was very honest, telling us what we could and could not accomplish with each vehicle. He was not pushy, let us have our space, but was very helpful and available for all our questions. Eva was equally as wonderful, and ended up getting our loan lowered at the eleventh hour so we could add in more features. Both Lou and Eva were easy going and quick to crack a joke with us, which put us at ease. We will be going back to Tasca for our future car buying needs. More

New car purchase Two week ago my wife and I went to find her a new "used" vehicle after she had been in an accident. We were promptly greeted by Richard Park, who was extremely helpful to my wife in locating a car that she would like. She took it for a test drive and she loved it along with all the extra features. While she was test driving the car, I found one that I liked and it was an instant sold for me. Both my wife and I left with new cars on the same day, that would not have happened if it was not for Richard and his professional approach and his sincere care for both of us. Richard was very helpful showing all the features of our cars and even set up our cellphones to the SYNC system. I went back after a week to get assistance with the GPS system and Richard was very patient explaining the system and teaching an old dog new tricks. I strongly recommend Tasca for a new or used vehicle and if Richard is your Sales Consultant you not be disappointed. Richard clearly lives the vision of Bob Tasca Sr, " You will be satisfied". Kevin Barry our finance person was extremely professional and had the paperwork done within minutes. He got us the best rates for our vehicles and fully explained the service plans that were available and how they worked. Thank you Kevin. More
