Really professional I walked in just looking around. Carla my dealer happens to be walking by and asked if we had any questions. Very poor Went to look at a truck that was advertised on the internet. I told the salesman what truck I wanted to see and he said he would go get the keys. He Went to look at a truck that was advertised on the internet. I told the salesman what truck I wanted to see and he said he would go get the keys. He returned a few minutes later and said he could not find the keys, but would check some more. He came back in a little while and told me it was sold, Several days later I was looking on the internet and still saw the truck advertised, The live chat person asked if I needed help so I told her I was looking at this truck and was told it was sold. She replied she believed it was still available, but could not check for sure since it was after hours and would have the internet sales manager contact me in the morning. He emailed me the next morning and said it was still available and set me up to come back for a test drive in 2 days. The next day I decided to call the salesman I had originally spoke too. I called him and told him that I was told the truck was still for sale by the internet sales manager. He said he would go check and call me back, which he did and again told me it was still sold. I sent the internet sales manager an email that I called and was told it was sold. He replied that he was just told that it was sold the day before. I replied that it had been 5 days prior that I was originally told it was sold and I didn't like the run around I was getting. His reply was they were not giving me a run around. I did say I would never buy any vehicle from Tasca Ford and another thing that truck was still on the internet for almost another week before it was removed. It was a really good price for that truck. This whole experience makes me fell that this was a scam to get customs in so they could try and sell them something else. More
