Great customer service I made an appointment to try to resolve issues with my GPS. Everyone in the service area understood my issue and took my car at the appointed time. Shortly afterward the service manager told my mu "firmware" had to be updated and they were doing it. The service was completed very quickly and the service manager explained everything which had been done. I highly recommend Tasca for their outstanding service. More

Resolved my issue and was accommodating with loaner vehicle. The service on my car was done three days after I dropped it off. They accommodated me with a loaner vehicle for a full week since I was on a trip out The service on my car was done three days after I dropped it off. They accommodated me with a loaner vehicle for a full week since I was on a trip out of state, even after my vehicle was finished. During the work done to replace the driver side front axle, the sales rep also noticed my wipers weren't locking in place as they should so he had the service associates take care of that as well. The greeter tied together the whole experience. This is a good dealership that cares about getting your car back to you quickly and safely. More

Horrible experience. I recently bought a used vehicle from Tasca and had a horrible experience, that does not seem to end! When I first spoke to someone about trading in I recently bought a used vehicle from Tasca and had a horrible experience, that does not seem to end! When I first spoke to someone about trading in my SUV, he told me he was going to lunch and to go speak with someone else. The sales man I did have was wonderful, even though the rest of the staff there treated him terribly even in front of me. We agreed on a deal and I sat waiting for the finance department to process everything. Three hours later I still sat waiting. I decided to cancel the whole thing since I had been there for six hours total. I did decide to go back the following day, which I completely regret giving them my business now! They waited almost two weeks to pay off my old vehicle and I was still charged my monthly payment, even though I no longer owned the vehicle. I was also promised a second key that was at another dealership and being shipped. I never heard another thing from them and no one will answer my emails. Horrible place and I will never purchase from them again! More
