We were greeted at the door by a welcoming face and a smile by Elian who introduced us to Chris Reyes. Chris gave my daughter and I a respectful. low pressure car purchasing experience. It took a bit of negotiating with the finance people but all in all we reached a workable figure to make the deal. Your gift cards to the food area were well appreciated and helped to give us a relaxing haven to go over the purchasing options. We did opt for the extended warranty even that was handled well with once again a low pressure presentation. All in all, it was a surprisingly painless procedure that didn't require a three day cleansing ritual We will be back for our next car shopping needs. More

I had to have my car flat-bedded to the dealership on a Sunday, when service was not open. I got there just before the sales room opened to check in and make sure they were aware of the problem. There were no key envelopes, and I'm honestly not a fan of just trusting that someone will take care of the car - it's not a model that can be easily replaced. Long story short - sales and owner were disrespectful and rude. All of the people I dealt with in the service department were fantastic. My ratings are for service only. More
