Great Service Experience at TASCA Quick Lane Just wanted to comment on our great service experience at Quick Lane. Our service writer Bill notified us right away that rear brake replacement was necessary and we gave the ok. Bill kept us informed of the progress and all the work was completed much quicker than we anticipated and it was a good job at a great price. More

There is good and there is greatness. Tasca is greatness 5 million stars aren't even high enough for the outstanding customer service that I was provided. Jonathan Tartaglione's abilities to answer any concerns I had was quickly answered and his problem solving was spot on correct. The knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He showed myself features even i didn't notice about my vehicle.I believe there are times when a salesman can take a potential purchase and make it all about how much money they can make in commission. Not Jonathan. He catered to my unique needs and understood what options I needed. At the time I wasn't sure if I wanted to turn in my lease but after speaking at great length with Johnathan, my mind was made up. After speaking with Rod Tarver in finance, any questions I asked was met with answers that was satisfying. A. lot of times when you sign contracts, it's always sign and initial here and maybe you're aren't sure what you did. Rod didn't do that at all. He explained what each document meant and asked if I understood and if I didn't he would explain it to make it easier to understand. His talking of his love for Tasca, family and sports make a very nervous time very reassuring. i would highly recommend both Rod tarver(finance) and Jonathan Tartaglione(sales) More

I went in on a weekday after work not thinking I would have such a good experience and ended up walking away with a new car. The sales team was not pushy at all, in fact, I felt like I had known them for a long time. Don, specifically, was just amazing. His charisma, professionalism, and genuine knowledge of the vehicle really impressed me. Don clearly puts his customers first and ensured every element of the purchasing process was as seamless as possible. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in the future! More

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My experience with Tasca did not start out so great. I had brought my vehicle, which I had bought at another dealer, in for service. After three days My experience with Tasca did not start out so great. I had brought my vehicle, which I had bought at another dealer, in for service. After three days of trying to figure out my problem I was told I had a bad engine on my 2007 vehicle. The trade in value was now $500.00. To replace the engine would be $7,100.00. This was not good news. The service rep. Recommended that I see sales rep. Mike Huling. After hearing our ordeal he was determined to get us into a deal that was not only good, but one that we could afford. Using the resources available to him at Tasca, he searched through the inventories of the many Tasca branches and came up with a vehicle that had low mileage and was within our budget. We were walked through the financing by a gentleman named Andrew and we drove away a beautiful vehicle and we now had a full four year warranty. The professionalism shown by everyone we came into contact was something I had never experienced from a car dealership in my 49 years driving and owning a vehicle. Everyone looking for a vehicle should experience the Tasca group. More
