2012 Explorer - Brake work & Coolant change Dropped my 2012 Explorer off @ Tasca Ford Service at my appointment time of 9:00 AM. Tasca associate "Bill" took my request for service to Brakes & Co Dropped my 2012 Explorer off @ Tasca Ford Service at my appointment time of 9:00 AM. Tasca associate "Bill" took my request for service to Brakes & Coolant. An hour or so later he called me and informed me that after a test drive they found that I required front & rear brake work and they will flush and change the coolant (about 40,000 miles). He also gave me the estimated cost. At about 2:00 PM he called to tell me the car war ready to be picked up. Went and pick up the Explorer, paid my bill and drove home in my thoroughly washed and clean vehicle !! Thank you Team Tasca ! More
