Victor took great care of my car. Leased a Ford Escape 2017 after turning in my 2014 Escape. Had some scratches on roof. Victor said to bring it back after the winter. Going the extra mile My service rep, Ed Nardolillo, went the extra mile by sending animated explanation for the necessity of the valve that needed replacement. It was a big help and took a little of the sting out of the cost when I realized the importance. And he hit the time required to replace the valve right on the nose ..which was great because I waited. Not that waiting is a problem...coffee, donuts, TV all readily available. Thank you. More
Quick in and out! I really didn't want to take my car to be serviced because it meant time out of work, but, I arrived at 7:30 AM and was out before 9:00 AM.
