In most cases, the salesperson would try to sell us something that w My wife and I have visited several dealerships looking for a new vehicle for her. In most cases, the salesperson would try to sell us something that was in their lot, whether it met our needs/desires or not. Some salespeople came on too strong and others seemed disinterested. Once it came down to discussing price, as usual the salesperson would run back and forth to "the man behind the curtain" and come back with different pricing every time-very frustrating. The experience at Tasca was totally different-Dave, the Salesman, was very personable, and listened to our needs/concerns. He quickly provided us with several vehicle options, explaining the features/benefits in detail. He then walked us inside to meet with Steve the Sales Manager. Steve was great-very low pressure-he explained the Tasca philosophy, and provided us with several options that fit our budget. He was very receptive to, and patient with our questions/concerns. Needless to say, we knew very quickly that this was the place we wanted to do business with. Everyone involved made the car buying experience great!! More
Recall Service I received recall notice and brought the car in to attend to that and have 5K service. While in the showroom, the most kind, gracious and unassuming gentleman (Giuseppe) approached us without causing anxiety - just to offer to see if we would like his assistance. His old world charm, intelligence and easy smile -- as well as good listening skill, eye contact and a firm handshake instantly told us this visit might very well be special. It didn't hurt that that my wife liked the car very much but ultimately it was the care at the dealership and the confidence and trust Giuseppe maintained that ultimately made the sale. More
