Purchase of a used car I purchased a 1 year old BMW from Tasca. My salesman, Sean Haggarty, was great. I went in for a test drive since I was unsure about the engine size o I purchased a 1 year old BMW from Tasca. My salesman, Sean Haggarty, was great. I went in for a test drive since I was unsure about the engine size on the newer BMW's and Sean allowed me to test drive 2 cars he had for sale. One was not a color I was interested in but the other I really liked. I have only good things to say about Sean. He was friendly, polite and helpful in all that he could do. However, when filling out the paperwork for purchase I was informed afterwards by the money man that there was only one key. I had asked before starting the paper work that there was two keys and that the other key was in the file upstairs. However, after the transaction, I was told there was only one key. I was and am disappointed that they would put a $30K car up for sale with only one key. I would have held off on the purchase till the 2nd key was available. Sean was very sorry about the key issue and assured me he would get one ordered. He was very good in explaining about the i drive system, the radio and other items in the car. He took the Vin number and told me the key has been ordered. however it has to be made in Germany so I am still waiting. So I would recommend if you purchase a used car always be sure you see both keys before you sign especially at this dealership. Joe met us in the used car section and offered his assistance with our search. We looked at and drove a a couple of used cars then tried a few new ones. Joe was very conscious of our needs and presented the whole dealership to us with a tour of the facility and introduced us to different managers along the way. We never felt any pressure from anybody at Tasca. I am 6'5" tall and do not fit comfortably in every car, they all wanted to help us find the right vehicle for us. We decided on the new Edge that was in the showroom as the right vehicle for us and Joe and his manager Tony explained the different buying and leasing options and helped us with our purchase. More

And unlike the stereotypical car salesman I have dealt with in the past, I didn't feel the pressure nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bayo worked diligently throughout the process to get us the best deal on the vehicle and to ensure our complete satisfaction.
