Lifesavers! I got towed to Tasca after my car broke down in the middle of Westminster Street. I was very upset and confused, to say the least. I just moved to the area from Vermont, and was nervous because I hadn't had my car serviced yet in Rhode Island. John Garcia Jr. was extremely helpful, quickly looking up my car's history and, after having me describe the specifics of the break down, was able to pinpoint the cause on the transmission's electric module. Though the service center was extremely busy at the time, as this occurred the Tuesday before a holiday weekend, they were able to service my car and have it ready the following day. They even put my car through the wash before returning it. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and I will definitely be back. More
