I was concerned about being upside down on my trade loan and Tasca took a look at the vehicle. They offered me exactly what I needed to be free of the loan and got me into a used vehicle with only 17,000 miles on it at a fair market price. The best part was how friendly, helpful, and efficient the entire team from management, sales, to finance were. The place is also quite clean and classy - some of the nicest bathrooms in a dealership I have ever seen! I cannot say enough about the practical and helpful manner in which Lou Colon conducts himself. Kevin in finance was also very courteous and efficient with time and resources. Tasca is doing everything right. I would certainly bring a vehicle there for service as well because that was the department in which I started and John was very informative and courteous too. It did seem like the service team was extremely busy, so customers should plan on a wait. I see this as evidence that many people are pleased with the quality of work performed by the Tasca service teams. People have many choices in our small state of RI. I can see why Tasca is #1 for so many customers. They are truly elite. More
