The repair was going to take some time so it gave me a chance to ponder my options. With zero pressure, Lou Colon introduced himself while I was on the lot. I was concerned about being upside down on my trade loan and Tasca took a look at the vehicle. They offered me exactly what I needed to be free of the loan and got me into a used vehicle with only 17,000 miles on it at a fair market price. The best part was how friendly, helpful, and efficient the entire team from management, sales, to finance were. The place is also quite clean and classy - some of the nicest bathrooms in a dealership I have ever seen! I cannot say enough about the practical and helpful manner in which Lou Colon conducts himself. Kevin in finance was also very courteous and efficient with time and resources. Tasca is doing everything right. I would certainly bring a vehicle there for service as well because that was the department in which I started and John was very informative and courteous too. It did seem like the service team was extremely busy, so customers should plan on a wait. I see this as evidence that many people are pleased with the quality of work performed by the Tasca service teams. People have many choices in our small state of RI. I can see why Tasca is #1 for so many customers. They are truly elite. More

He holds a commendable level of professionalism while extending empathetic courtesy towards his customer, a difficult balance to maintain. Bayo then referred me to Eva and Ryan in the finance department to do the excellent work that they do to finalize the transaction to get me on my way. Couldn't be happier! I was in need of a new car very unexpectedly and my husband leased a Ford Escape last year and we couldn't be happier with it. So I decided to go back to Tasca and see Dave Delponte the salesman that help my husband and I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me several options and he didn't pressure me at all.
