Horrendous service. Lack of service all around. No loaner car took 3 days to do the job. Had to hunt advisor down for updates after lack of messages of picking up phone. Lack of service all around. I came to Mohegan since I moved to the area but learned my lesson. I rather drive 25+ miles to get to Fleetwood than to go back to Mohegan! More

Bought a certified preowned recently at a different dealer. Wanted to use this dealership for service. I am currently driving the 3rd car from Mohegan Lake Motors - 2 A-6 and now a Q-5. Alfonso in Sales has always taken care of me extremely well, Cathy makes sure I always have a convenient Service Appt Motors - 2 A-6 and now a Q-5. Alfonso in Sales has always taken care of me extremely well, Cathy makes sure I always have a convenient Service Appt and a Loaner and some laughs, and Diane and Scott take care of my Service needs and keep me informed. So far I have never had a problem with any vehicle beyond normal Servicing Appointments, Service is done well and I never have to return. They have all gone beyond the norm. I have also had some experience with the Parts Department - everyone there is always informed and helpful and not annoyed by a woman asking questions. I have locked myself out of the Q-5 in the A&P Parking Lot and they came and got me so i would not freeze to death and so I could contact a friend to come and get me into my house for the spare key - I had also locked my bag and phone in the car. The Owner actually speaks to you and thanks you for your business. He even approached me one day regarding a medical situation I have to offer assistance as his wife had a similar problem. He was gracious and extremely courteous, as well as caring and kind. He even refunded a service charge I had just before turning in my A-6 for the Q-5. When I came in to pickup my Q-5 he walked out of his Office and handed me a check refunding the entire charge. Now who can top that!! I actually enjoy going to Mohegan Lake Motors. It is nice to be assisted by people who like each other, their environment and their Employer. I have never had such a positive experience with any Car Dealership from Ford to Lincoln to Pontiac ever before. More

TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A REPAIR AND I DROVE 10 MILES AND SAME PROBLEM OCCURED PLUS A SECOND PROBLEM THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO SECRETARIES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
