I have been a customer of this dealership for 40 plus years. We have bought at least 10 cars from them over the years, new cars and used cars. I am treated like a total stranger there, even though I have gotten 4 new Audis there (3 year leases) over 13 years & brought cars in for service at least once a year throughout. I have never had the same sales person more than once; the turnover is high, which obviously shows that people do not like to work there. Easy to understand why. They are unreliable, rude, dishonest, inattentive, & unfit for a luxury car dealership. When I called to schedule a service appt., they refused to schedule me, & hung up on me when I asked to discuss this with the manager. Manager refused to return any of my repeated follow-up calls mover a 5 week period. So I went to another dealership for service where they treated me like a human being. The contrast was dramatic. I originally went there because they were geographically convenient. But they have treated me with contempt. Their actions have made it abundantly clear that they do not want my business. Fortunately, I have plenty of other options. Save yourself the aggravation & learn from my unfortunate experience with them. This place offers the worst level of customer service. You are bound to be more satisfied at any other dealership. More

I have dealt with her through the years and she is always pleasant, accomodating, and professional. My service advisor was Greg Batista who made sure every thing was done right and delivered my car in one hour as promised complete with an in/out car wash. I spoke with the owner of the dealership, Barry Rost who was congenial as usual. I strongly recommend Mohegan Audi for all sales and services. Ron.P. More

Loyalty in question??? I purchased my second Audi (the new A5 sedan) in October 2017. Late May early June I noticed my car would pulsate when I would brake. I thought it has I purchased my second Audi (the new A5 sedan) in October 2017. Late May early June I noticed my car would pulsate when I would brake. I thought it has to be something of an easy fix so brought my car in to get looked at. Did not expect the news I got..4 warped rotors and an $1100 quote!!! I couldn’t believe it. According to them it was normal wear and tear because there was 17k miles on the car. I have had a BMW, a Lexus and an A4 all with high mileage and never even changed a brake pad! This is NOT normal wear and tear this is a manufacturer defect. The service manager was not helpful at all and very snarky. Referred me to Audi corporate and would not assist me at all. Also claimed that I can drive my car with warped rotors and it wouldn’t effect my brakes?? Seriously?? He made me feel incompetent as if that’s not common sense. a I’ve now been going back and forth with Audi Corporate for 3 weeks and no answers yet!! I am completely inconvenienced because I’m scared to ruin my brake pads and brakes overall so I’m using my husbands car and driving mine as minimally as possible. This experience alone will have a huge impact on my next car purchase. Not to mention I can never get a loner when I need. They’re booked a week or so out. This is not the type of service one would expect from a higher end dealership. BMW service blows this away!!! Beyond frustrated!! More

Great Service Experience After a horrible experience with Audi Roadside Assistance, my Audi Q5 was still stranded in my parking lot. The Audi Roadside Assistance sent two young people with cell phones that couldn't get service in an well populated area next door to a hospital (so arrived late), no current GPS, no tools or knowledge of the Q5 Audi so I remained stranded. I called Audi in Mohegan Lake and spoke to Service Advisor Mark Cohen. What a difference!!! He advised me to get it towed in, they would need to order a tire which may take time so wait until their call to come in, an accurate time frame and a very pleasant manner. He was of course knowledgeable about the vehicle and emphathized about my experience. Mark Cohen is definitely the person I want to deal with at Audi in the future! More
