The service people were little help. I had to call several times to check the status of my car. My service advisor only took one of my calls. I had the pleasure of purchasing my second Audi from Mohegan Lake last week. I can’t express in words how efficient and fast the entire process was. We closed the entire deal in under an hour and left Mohegan Lake last week. I can’t express in words how efficient and fast the entire process was. We closed the entire deal in under an hour and left with a new Q3. In addition to this, I was dropping my son off at daycare one day last week and my Q7 had a service error and wouldn’t start. I decided to call the service department and would you believe that someone drove over to the daycare and helped me out!!! I took the Q7 in for a recall today and received an awesome video going over the work they’re performing! Awesome touch with the 2 minute video.
