This is a review for their service department. I brought my car in for to have winter tires mounted and balanced. Not only did I wait 4 and a half hours after making an appointment to wait at 9am, I brought my car in for to have winter tires mounted and balanced. Not only did I wait 4 and a half hours after making an appointment to wait at 9am, they overcharged me by $100 dollars from the original quoted price. Additionally, they returned my wheels on my brand new Audi S5 Sportback with scratches and gouges all along them. When called to complain, they offered me $100 off my next service. Not nearly enough to resolve the issue. Will never be returning. More

The customer service was absolutely terrible this visit. I brought my Audi A3 in for service Friday- inspection, oil change and recall. The service was incredibly poor. The service manager did not communicate with me at all. My wife called 3 times to get an update on when the vehicle would be finished as we left and were planning to pick it up a few hours later. Not only did we have to followup several times, the car was NOT washed and we specifically requested that. In all the years we have owned our multiple Audi vehicles we have never had such a terrible experience. While we recognize the technicians may be short staffed, that should have been communicated and we should have been updated. It’s unacceptable to have this type of service. We could have easily gotten an oil change and inspection at our local auto facility however we continue to go to the Audi dealer to recieve the utmost quality service. This was not the case on Friday. It was very disappointing. Our Audi Q5 is due for an oil change next month and we are now considering going elsewhere. The cost for an oil change is extremely high and we need to think more thoroughly about shopping around. We feel it is important you are made aware of the disappointing experience and poor customer service More
