I ran into an issue with the bank I was using but the dealership was able to help me receive financing within a couple of days. I was able to go pick up the car that weekend and sign the paperwork. They slotted off a time that was convenient for me and the process was quick and simple. I left about an hour and a half later in my Audi which has been by far the best car I have ever owned. The staff here is very friendly and willing to work with you if any issues arise in your purchasing process. The dealership is very knowledgeable about their inventory and will explain all the features of your car before you drive it off the lot. In addition they also detail it and give you a fresh tank of gas. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I will definitely be buying my next car from Mohegan Lake Audi no matter how far away it is! If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, then this is the place to go!!! More

I have brought 09 Audi form Benjamin Smith. I was a hardcore BMW fan and this was my first time buying Audi. For me Service is just not about just buying the car. Great experience buying an Certified Audi Q5 from Mohegan Lake. Our sales rep, Alex, sat patiently and went through all of our options, prices and warranties for both certified pre-owned as well as new ca Lake. My wife and I test drove several cars before deciding on a certified Audi Q5. We agreed upon a price and I gave my sales rep a checklist of things that I wanted checked out on the car before I would finalize the transaction. 5 days later, I returned to the dealer with my certified check to complete the transaction. All of my paperwork was prepared in an organized file. My checklist was listed and completed. It only took 1 hour to complete the transaction. (20 min to sign all of the paperwork, and 40 min learn about the new Audi MMI system) One thing I especially appreciate was the fact that I only needed to deal with Alex. I was not passed off to the sales manager, the finance manager, service, or any other person during the sales process. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision or add bogus extra options. A few days after the sale, my sales rep called to check in on me and see if I had any questions or issues since the purchase. More
