This is at least the 6th car I have purchased from Mohegan Lake Audi (both new and used). Howard Burman has alwayis been our go to guy. He is extemely knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. After contacting and visiting several other Audi dealerships and getting no results, I called Lake Mohegan and had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony. After a few minutes, a couple dozen question dealerships and getting no results, I called Lake Mohegan and had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony. After a few minutes, a couple dozen questions and his answers I knew that this was the place to visit next and if I didn't find what I was looking for here, then chances are that an Audi wasn't for me. Well, it only took a couple of hours with Anthony, a quick test drive of both the Q5 and the Q7 and my mind was made up. The next day I walked out with a brand new Q7 and I'm extremely satisfied with the car, the deal that Lake Mohegan gave me and the time that was spent working with Anthony. Great job and thank you. Alex Sultanov did an excellent job in educating me about the car (an Audi A3). He particularly went out of his way to go over the phone and navigation systems even after sharing with him that I had moderate the car (an Audi A3). He calmly and clearly demonstrated the increased value and capability of these evolving and useful systems. Alex was very informative, an excellent teacher, and very professional. Despite driving Audis for years my understanding definitely needed an upgrade, and Alex delivered. The entire Mohegan experience was lovely. The owner, Barry Rost, was very approachable and outgoing; keeping in touch with his staff and customers throughout the day, both on a business and personal level. Everyone was friendly. The showroom and entire business are very well ordered and clean. The only rating that was not given a great score was the price, which can be interpreted as then not "giving" me the car. They did negotiate in good faith, and moved down acceptably on the initial price. The bottom line is that while driving out of Mohegan, a lovely town, I was very happy and thankful; and the new owner of a very lovely car. More

Was treated with complete disrespect. I came in to look at and test drive a car I saw online. I called and was told the two I was interested in were on the lot. The man who dealt with me did not shake my hand, introduce himself or ask for my name.In the end I was there for about 5 minutes and was refused to even look at the car I was interested in. Guess they don't want to sell cars. I've never been treated this badly. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. More

I've had problems with every part of this operation. We went do the dealer to get an Audi A4. Our sales man was Alex. He was very friendly, When we pick the one we wanted he told us exacly what we wanted to hear, he made the process of buying the car very was Alex. Getting into my new Audi A6 couldn't have been easier. I called Anthony and he took care of everything, including the buy out of my old A4 from my lease, and I drove my new A6 off the lot in less easier.
